Leroy Augustas Thompson better known as Chardo Demus was born to parents Cecilia Douglas and Haswal Thompson otherwise known as King Prof festival inventor in the Old Breaton District( on the ninth of January 1972
The path of life had begun for the young Chardo
He attended Ms Lovie Boys school and there although very young at the time music was the only thing on his mind
The following nine years of learning saw Chardo also attending Breaton Den All Age School and excelling in many different ways
This bright musical genius was about to begin his career as a performer and Herbal Doctor
Initially going by the name of Frogman , Chardo decided to call his friend Baby Demus to join him on his journey to musical stardom which Baby Demus willingly accepted , this caused a change in name for frogman and ultimately became Chardo Demus
So the Demus family was created and Chardo would never stop being part of the Demus family clan from that day
Chardo started a stage show in Old Breaton and it was successsful for ten years
Then this young entrepener moved on to Hellshire Beach in Portmore where he created a show called Link and another called De Beach along with Mr White , Super T , Colin and Bigup , Onceman ,Blacka Demus and Baby Demus

Then one of his singles called Make A Break rose rapidly in the charts and he hasnt looked back since
